The following measures will be strictly enforced on each day of the sitting of the Circuit Court at Nenagh Courthouse, County Tipperary:
1. The seating capacity of the Courtroom has been reduced to 16 people plus the Judge, the Registrar and the Judges Crier, the Courtroom has been marked out to indicate where people can sit in compliance with Social Distancing
2. Please follow the directional arrows and keep to the left when walking along the corridors to and from the courtrooms. Do not stand directly outside the courtroom doors. Please give adequate space to each other to allow for access or egress of the courtrooms.
3. Nenagh Courthouse has a large foyer where clients can sit/stand well spaced from each other
4. The lists for each day have been specially designed to reduce the number of people in the Court building and Court room.
5. At the callover at 10:30am, only one solicitor/barrister from each side in the matters at hearing, only one practitioner in relation to each Pension Adjustment Order and only one practitioner for the matters in for mention only will be allowed into the Courtroom. I estimate that there should be no more than 8-10 people in the Courtroom at 10:30am which will allow for Social Distancing to occur
6. The capacity of the Bar Room has been reduced to 4 people and the consultation rooms are closed as they are too small to facilitate Social Distancing
7. There are several hand sanitiser stations available in the main foyer of the Courthouse and hand washing facilities are available in the public bathrooms
